Bounty Espuma

Heat water and Bounty-bar until the Bounty-bar is dissolved. Strain through a fine sieve to remove the coconut particles. Pour the mass into a siphon (0.5 l) and add the SPUMAinstant. Insert two cartridges, shake thoroughly and place in the refrigerator to chill. Shake thoroughly before serving.
